Mohit Sinha

Founder & Managing Director

Mohit founded Stratavera after more than two decades of advisory leadership across core and social infrastructure. He has directed teams on major engagements in India and internationally, and previously served as Chief Executive of Feedback Infra and Business Unit Head at Rodic Consultants. He continues to lead client relationships personally from the first meeting through delivery, and sets the technical and ethical standard the rest of the firm is built around.

Anindya

Practice Lead, Economics & Infrastructure Advisory

Anindya is a senior economist with around 25 years of experience. He has led work on highways, urban transport, logistics, sanitation, water resources and social infrastructure programmes funded by multilateral development banks. His engagements span India, Lao PDR, Angola, Ghana, Bangladesh and several Sub-Saharan African economies.

Sudheendra

Operations Lead, Transport Infrastructure

Sudheendra is a management graduate from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, with more than 20 years of experience in transport infrastructure development — across highways, urban transport, metro rail and logistics — at India's leading infrastructure developers and consulting firms.

Dr. Sreeja Nair

Climate & Disaster Management Specialist

Dr. Nair has 25+ years of experience in disaster risk management and climate change adaptation, with a working history spanning government, the United Nations system, non-profits and the private sector at national and international levels. Her core expertise covers hazard, vulnerability and risk assessments and the design of climate adaptation plans, policies and strategies.

Hasanul Islam

Social Development Specialist

Hasanul is a senior social development, gender and resettlement & rehabilitation specialist with over 30 years of experience managing social safeguards on large infrastructure programmes. He holds a Master's in Sociology and has worked extensively on ADB, World Bank and JICA-funded engagements across urban infrastructure, water and sanitation, roads and highways, metro rail, bridges, tourism and forestry.
