Sudheendra is a management graduate from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, with more than 20 years of experience in transport infrastructure development — across highways, urban transport, metro rail and logistics — at India's leading infrastructure developers and consulting firms.

Dr. Nair has 25+ years of experience in disaster risk management and climate change adaptation, with a working history that spans government, the United Nations system, non-profits and the private sector at both national and international levels. Her core expertise covers hazard, vulnerability and risk assessments and the design of climate adaptation plans, policies and strategies.
Hasanul is a senior social development, gender and resettlement & rehabilitation specialist with over 30 years of experience managing social safeguards on large infrastructure programmes. He holds a Master's in Sociology and has worked extensively on ADB, World Bank and JICA-funded engagements across urban infrastructure, water and sanitation, roads and highways, metro rail, bridges, tourism and forestry.
