Who we hire

We look for a specific shape of person.

We don't hire purely on credentials. We hire on demonstrated ability to think clearly under uncertainty, work cleanly in numbers, and earn trust with senior counterparts.

Analysts & Associates

Recent graduates or 1–3 year professionals from engineering, economics, planning or management backgrounds. Comfort with financial modelling and analytical writing is essential.

Senior Consultants & Managers

5–10 years of advisory or operating experience in infrastructure or a related sector. Track record of leading discrete work-products end to end.

Specialist hires

Senior professionals in transport modelling, financial structuring, climate risk, social safeguards or specific sub-sectors who want to operate inside a senior-led team.
